1.1 This website is owned and operated by Ace Rooms Ltd, a company based in the United Kingdom with registered office at 78 York Street, London, W1H 1DP (UK) whose registered in England and Wales under the company registration number 05918936 1.2 At Ace Rooms Ltd your Privacy and Security are of paramount importance and so with this Privacy Policy you are safe in the knowledge that we are committed to protecting your privacy and security online. The aim of this statement is to tell you how we will use any data you provide through our website. Please read this carefully before your proceed. 1.3 By agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you are expressly consenting and agreeing to us processing your data in the manner set out. 1.4 We will not sell or rent personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties. 1.5 We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice in which case we will place an updated version on this page.

2. Registration Data

2.1 When you decide to use our services you will first of all be required to register your company with us.
2.2 This will only be required one time. We will require some basic information in order to verify that your company is a bona-fied Travel Business. Once approved your Company will be provided access to use the services of Ace Rooms Ltd in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the ‘Commercial Agreement’.

3. Booking Data and Other Data

3.1 When your Company makes a booking we require the full names of the persons wishing to use the services being booked. These names will be securely transmited to the third party service providers for the purpose of completing the booking. For example if you are booking a room at a Hotel in London, we shall provide the guest names, dates, room type and board type etc to the respective Hotel.
3.2 We will only pass on the data, to the people responsible for your accommodation arrangements. If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot confirm your booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed to the relevant service providers.
3.3 We may also collect information about your usage of the website and information from any message you post in our website, emails and letters you send us

4. Protection of Information

4.1 We are registered with the UK Data Protection Authority under registration number: Z1439972, which requires us to use certain security procedures, aimed at safeguarding the data. We have implemented reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to secure your information from accidental loss and from unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure.
4.2 We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.
4.3 The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law. Where your accommodation is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country.

5. Payment Data For Bookings

5.1 In order to give our clients maximum security, we do not process or store any credit or debit card information on our systems, instead we use the services of Sage Pay Europe Limited who are one of UK’s largest payment service providers and PCI Level 1 Compliant.
5.2 The card information you enter will be directly on their secure web page and onto their systems using the latest secure encryption methods. In this way, we are not able to view or store any card information whatsoever, giving you complete peace of mind.

6. Control Over Your Data

6.1 You always have the right to review the personal data you have stored with us. You can request your personal data by emailing us at info@acerooms.com. You can also request for Ace Rooms Ltd to remove your personal data from its database by sending an email to the info@acerooms.com.
6.2 Our website uses cookies in order to allow you to search and book hotels. You have the ability to decline cookies by modifying the settings in your browser.

7. Communications and Marketing
